Join Greenwood Village Police for a dynamic 12-week program that allows participants learn more about GVPD, meet officers and ask questions about law enforcement. This free program will be held Thursdays 6 to  9 p.m. from February 20 to May 8. Learn more and apply for Citizens Police Academy.

Christmas Tree Recycling

Help keep Christmas trees out of the landfill this holiday season! Greenwood Village offers tree pick-up for residents of single family homes and a tree drop off area at Village Greens Park through January 21. Learn more about the Christmas Tree Recycling Program.

Light up City Hall with Mayor George Lantz and City Council with family-friendly holiday activities, games and fun. Register for your resident ticket.

Festival of Lights

Monday, Dec. 30 at 5:30 p.m. - City Hall

Join the Chabad Jewish Center of South Metro Denver to light the giant menorah and enjoy Chanukah crafts and treats. Event is free to the public.

The Curtis Center for the Arts is proud to present “Through the Looking Glass” featuring works from Glass Artists of Colorado. Story Time: Holidays in the Tropics

Monday, Dec. 16, 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. at Greenwood Village Maintenance Facility

Catch a wave with your favorite tropical princess and get ready for an exciting island adventure during this island-themed story time featuring dancing, singing and photo opportunities. Registration is $5 per child and the event is recommended for children ages 2-5. Register for Story Time: Holidays in the Tropics.

Focus 50 (Senior Programs)
