Anyone owning or locating a vending machine or amusement device in Greenwood Village is required to license each machine. Annual license fees are in lieu of remitting sales tax.
Types of Machine & Annual Fees Per Machine
- Jukeboxes: $25
- Food or Drink vending machines: $50
- Mechanical, electrical, and/or electrical amusement devices: $100
- Cigarette vending machines are not allowed within the City of Greenwood Village
