Greenwood Village Partners With Arapahoe/Douglas Works!
Greenwood Village partners with Arapahoe Douglas Works! to ensure businesses in the Village have the workforce they need to be successful. Arapahoe/Douglas Works! is offering an On-the-Job Training/wage subsidy program, MATCH, that can reimburse your business up to $6,000* per hire for your available positions! This is an ideal opportunity for full-time (and part-time) positions. To compensate businesses for the costs associated with training new hires, businesses are reimbursed up to 90%** of their wages! If you have available positions, and are interested in this program, let’s make a MATCH! *Businesses that fall under our targeted industries of Aerospace, Aviation, Bioscience, Broadband, IT, Healthcare, Finance and Hospitality, are eligible to receive up to $6,000 per hire. All other industries are eligible to receive up to $3,000 per hire.
**Reimbursement Rate:
Up to 90%: Businesses with 50 or fewer employees
Up to 75%: 51 – 250 employees
Up to 50%: 251+ employees
