Public Meetings
Make Your Voice Heard
Public meetings are an announced meeting conducted by Greenwood Village officials designed to facilitate participation in the decision making process and to assist the public in gaining an informed view of a proposed project or item at any level of the project / item development process. Such a gathering may also be referred to as a public information meeting or neighborhood meeting. These types of meetings are held away from City Hall.
The formal Public Meetings conducted by the Village are held at City Hall* at a regular designated time. The following is a list of the formal meetings held by the Village:
*The Arts and Humanities Council meetings are held at the Curtis Art Center located at 2349 East Orchard Road, Greenwood Village, CO 80121-1570.
With few exceptions, the meetings of City Council and any of its appointed boards are open to the public. Citizen participation is encouraged and welcomed at these meetings. Council and staff believe that the more involved citizens are in the early stages of program and legislation development, the better local government can meet the needs and expectations of our community. Agendas for the formal public meetings are posted on the Village's web site. Individuals may subscribe to receive notice of the posting of the agendas through the Village's Notify Me.
